Founded in 2005, The Oahu Wedding Association  is a 501(c)(6) trade organization and is recognized as the voice and source of current information for wedding-related businesses on Oahu. Our diverse and lively membership of over 150 local small businesses work together and promote each other while ensuring professionalism and ethical business practices. All members promote and demonstrate a high standard of professionalism in the Oahu wedding industry, and as a result of our efforts, the wedding industry on Oahu is robust and flourishing.

Our Mission -

This Association is formed to bring together and unify the many persons, businesses and corporations in the wedding industry in the State of Hawaii for the following purposes:

  1. To join together in a common effort to enhance and promote the image of the wedding service industry of Oahu.

  2. To promote “Aloha Spirit”, a high standard of work ethics, and a positive, professional attitude among members in their business dealing with the public, with clients and with each other.

  3. To offer all members with the opportunity to work with private, State and Federal agencies to market Oahu as a wedding destination.

  4. To pursue opportunities for community service to benefit the Island of Oahu and give back to our community.
